About The Position

Cranfield Academy is seeking an Afterschool Teacher and Bus Driver. The scheduled hours are 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role supports children’s learning and development by helping create a positive, engaging, and harmonious environment, while ensuring their safety and well-being. Educators collaborate with teachers across classrooms and monitor children’s progress. The position also involves driving a 24-passenger bus. Cranfield Academy Morrisville is part of Endeavor Schools, an education management company with more than 100 schools in 14 states. Endeavor Schools offers schools a range of educational styles and methods and emphasizes employee support, career development, and advancement. The listed pay range is USD $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a clear, valid driving record and be able to drive a 24-passenger bus.
Must meet state minimum requirements.
At least 1 year of experience working with children.

Nice To Haves

North Carolina BSAC is strongly preferred.
North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (EDU 119) or equivalent credit hours is preferred.
