About The Position

PJA Afterschool is looking for creative, compassionate, and energetic educators who want to make a real impact in the lives of school-age kids. We are currently hiring afterschool staff for our WEST side locations: SW - Multnomah Village, SW - Sylvan, and NW - Forest Heights. This role is an opportunity to be a mentor and role model while helping students build confidence, curiosity, and strong relationships. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging afterschool environment where students can learn and grow.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Enrollment in the Central Background Registry
• 240 hours of experience working with youth, or AA/BA in education, child development, or a related field
