About The Position

Propel seeks passionate individuals committed to providing students with exceptional experiences to serve as Afterschool Artists at all of our schools. Every afternoon, our team creates safe, engaging, and enriching experiences where scholars explore new interests, build meaningful relationships, develop confidence, and discover their potential. Our goal is simple: to make afterschool the best part of a scholar's day. Every staff member plays an important role in creating an environment where scholars feel safe, valued, challenged, and excited to learn.
