About The Position
Firewall Centers is seeking an organized, energetic, and mission-driven Site Supervisor to lead one of our afterschool programs. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage daily site operations, support and coach a team, and help create a safe, fun, and structured environment where students can succeed. Your leadership will help students grow academically, socially, and personally.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Experience working with children (Grades range from K-12th depending on school).
Nice To Haves
- College Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of part-time mentors.
- Oversee daily program operations, curriculum, and enrichment activities.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and school partners.
- Promote a positive, high-energy culture aligned with Firewall’s mission.
- Ensure accurate data, reporting, and compliance with program standards.
