About The Position

This is a part-time position focused on providing direct services, primarily during afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends. The role involves working with children, potentially those with autism or developmental disabilities, and supporting individuals with behavioral needs. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided, including paid orientation, job-specific training, and opportunities for professional development. Employees are expected to complete the initial training program and demonstrate competency in client programming and data collection.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license or ID
• Reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance (unless otherwise approved)
• Ability to pass required criminal background checks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends
• Ability to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within three months of hire if required for assigned caseload

• College students or degree-seeking candidates

• Current RBT credential
• Experience supporting individuals with high-intensity behavioral needs

Responsibilities
