About The Position
A-Z Creativity LLC is seeking Lead Educators for after-school Visual Arts classes across the Bay Area. These positions involve teaching children ages 5-9, fostering intentional creativity, building confidence, and inspiring children through visual arts engagement and exploration. The classes focus on teaching material skills and creating an environment for open-ended exploration and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Be able to pass a background check & TB test
- Experience working with children
- Ability to lift 35 lbs, stand and walk for 2 hours, bend, kneel, sit, or crouch.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining material bin (stored at a nearby storage unit)
- Teaching pre-written open-ended visual arts curriculum to children ages 5-9.
- Maintaining child safety and classroom management
