  • Minimum of 7-10 years in program management, workforce development, or vocational education leadership.

  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills; you will be the "voice" of AGCO's technical talent initiatives to both internal executives and external partners.
  • Experience managing budgets, project timelines, and marketing collateral for recruitment initiatives.
  • A passion for developing others.
  • The ability to find common ground between educational standards, corporate goals, and dealer needs.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 60%) to visit partner colleges, attend national conventions, and engage with dealers across North America.

  • Serve as the primary liaison and AGCO "ambassador" to strategic partners such as 4-H, FFA, and SkillsUSA/Canada.
  • Analyze partnership engagement to ensure we are investing in the right channels to maximize talent acquisition and brand visibility.
  • Act as a consultant to our dealer network, providing them with the tools and talent pipelines they need to thrive.
