About The Position

Well.ca is looking for an energetic team player to join their Warehouse Team as a Team Lead. The role of the Team Lead is to assist in managing the distribution workflow on a day-to-day basis. The role will act as a constant and approachable resource for all Warehouse Associates, offering support and guidance in all areas of fulfillment and distribution.

Requirements

Fierce passion for leadership & coaching
2-years proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment
Experience with Microsoft Excel is an asset
Analytical and detail oriented
Excellent time management skills
Highly organized
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and team-minded

Responsibilities

Working along with the Production Manager with the assistance of a Production Specialist, to make ongoing workflow adjustments, based on key performance indicators, to ensure all daily goals are met
Pick, sort, pack, and ship orders quickly and accurately for shipment
Assist with Warehouse Associate performance reviews
Maintain and lead cleaning schedule within the Warehouse
Responsible of review of Daily and weekly checklist for cleaning stations and safety of all equipment
Run daily standup shift meeting
Monitor and approve all ADP requests
Act as an encouraging and knowledgeable resource for all warehouse staff
Train, coach and mentor warehouse staff on day-to-day tasks
Other duties as required
