About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and driven Production Team Lead to oversee the delivery of Fever Originals experiences across our Canadian CAPEX portfolio while directly leading some of our highest-priority projects. This role combines team leadership, production strategy, and hands-on execution across a portfolio of immersive and live entertainment experiences involving complex builds, technical operations, and multi-stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and solution-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance multiple priorities simultaneously, and consistently delivers high-quality experiences on time and on budget. This role requires proven experience delivering complex physical environments or attractions, ideally within immersive entertainment, themed entertainment, experiential, cultural, or live event contexts. Experience managing permanent or semi-permanent attractions, construction-driven projects, or large-scale public-facing environments is strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in live entertainment, immersive experiences, experiential production, venue operations, or construction-driven environments
  • Experience leading teams and driving execution across complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder productions
  • Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and align cross-functional stakeholders
  • Commercially minded and solution-oriented, with the ability to balance creative ambition, technical feasibility, operational realities, and financial targets
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong judgment, initiative, adaptability, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
  • Passion for live entertainment and immersive experiences

  • Proven track record delivering complex projects involving physical builds in live/immersive experiences or other industries.
  • Combine hands-on production expertise with strong commercial judgment, and are comfortable building projects from early feasibility through execution and opening.

  • Proficient in at least 4 of the below areas: Construction budgeting and cost management, including building feasibility and CAPEX budgets from the ground up, managing general contractors, and tracking project spend throughout execution; Permitting and venue compliance, including navigating local government approvals, event permits, planning requirements, building permits, signage regulations, and inspections; Building codes, fire codes, and public safety standards related to public assembly and live entertainment environments; Liquor licensing processes and operational compliance requirements across multiple Canadian provinces; Technical validation and operational assessment of a wide range of venues (e.g., commercial real estate spaces, museums, theatres, parks, stadiums, and other indoor and outdoor live entertainment sites); Scenic fabrication and vendor management, including coordinating RFP processes, evaluating bids, and overseeing fabrication, installation, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the production validation of potential venues for permanent and semi-permanent immersive experiences, including developing high-level CAPEX estimates following venue visits, managing scenic fabrication RFPs, coordinating with general contractors and technical vendors to validate scope, pricing, and execution strategy, as well as validating permit processes
  • Monitor production budgets from high-level estimates to delivery
  • Manage logistics planning across touring productions, including kit movement, trucking plans, warehousing, and cross-loading between sites.
  • Lead the Canada Production team across Fever Originals productions, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment while supporting the growth and development of local producers.
  • Assess incoming regional projects and allocate resources across internal team members and freelance production staff as needed.
  • Maintain and expand a network of freelancers, vendors, scenic fabricators, and service providers across the live entertainment industry.
  • Lead multiple productions simultaneously while adapting global Fever Originals standards to the operational realities and opportunities of the Canadian market.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to align priorities and execute production deliverables successfully.
  • Develop and improve production tools, workflows, and operational processes in collaboration with Producers and Global Production Leadership to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across productions.
  • Support the development of new experiences, production formats, and technical solutions that keep Fever at the forefront of immersive entertainment.
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks including invoicing, expense reporting, contract coordination, and legal documentation.
  • Travel across Canada and internationally as required while collaborating across multiple time zones.
