Pittsburgh, PA | Squirrel Hill Afternoon Nanny Start Date: ASAP-ish, but the right person matters more than the date Hours: 2:30 - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday, Ideally seeking someone with the flexibility to increase to full-time hours during select summer and holiday breaks. Hourly Rate: $28-35/hr DOE Children: 6 & 2-year-old Paid Vacation: 1 week family choice 1 week nanny choice 3 sick or personal days All Major holidays

Requirements

Must have a driver's license.
Must have a vehicle.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must have previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.

Responsibilities

Handle school pickups for the six-year-old.
Provide snacks and manage activities for the children.
Engage children in outdoor activities like visiting playgrounds, libraries, or museums.
Plan and execute fun activities for the children during the afternoon hours.
Ensure children's safety during all activities and transitions.
Become a consistent, trusted part of the children's afternoons.
Be the kind of person who usually thinks, 'Absolutely. Let’s figure out where.' when asked to go somewhere.
Build a relationship with the family and children.
Be genuinely excited to see the children and be equally excited to see them.
