About The Position

The Aftermarket TLC (Team Lead Coach) plays a critical leadership role in maximizing revenue from Outlet and Warehouse operations to ensure sustainable funding for mission services. This role balances strong business acumen with people leadership — ensuring profitability while developing team members and maintaining a safe, efficient workplace. The Aftermarket TLC provides strategic and hands-on leadership for Outlet and Warehouse (aftermarket) operations, including salvage, bulk resale, and secondary sales channels. This leader is responsible for operational excellence, team development, safety compliance, financial performance, and inventory integrity in a high-volume production environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, warehouse, salvage, recycling, distribution, or high-volume production environments.
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience managing labor budgets and operational performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of logistics, inventory systems, and warehouse operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily Outlet and Warehouse operations to ensure efficient product flow from donation intake through resale and distribution.
  • Oversee sorting, processing, salvage recovery, staging, and load coordination.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, load documentation, and manifest compliance.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and dock environments.
  • Implement and maintain operational SOPs and contingency procedures.
  • Manage operating budgets and expense-to-revenue ratios.
  • Control labor scheduling and payroll to meet productivity and cost goals.
  • Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities to increase aftermarket recovery.
  • Safeguard company assets through loss prevention practices.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate supervisors and frontline team members.
  • Conduct daily production meetings focused on safety, productivity, and service standards.
  • Develop leadership bench strength within Outlet operations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and mission ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and AGI safety policies.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections and enforce corrective actions.
  • Train team members on proper offload/on-load methods and safe material handling practices.
