About The Position

The Aftermarket Specialist will be responsible for securing Preventative Maintenance contract renewals and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining and building relationships with existing Loma customers. This role involves managing and developing account relationships to drive new preventive maintenance contract sales, as well as identifying opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and other service offerings. The specialist will prepare and process quotations, proactively contact existing and potential customers to sell/extend service agreements, and generate, qualify, and pursue client leads to generate service revenue. The position requires the use of CRM tools to track KPIs, manage the pipeline, and provide reports and sales forecasts to management. Collaboration with internal departments to address customer concerns and pass on leads is essential. The role emphasizes maintaining a positive attitude, responsiveness, and ownership of customer requests, providing high-level customer support to maximize satisfaction and ensure customer loyalty. Technical competence in service products and applications is necessary to meet customer needs for after-market products. The specialist will also engage in department-wide projects to improve efficiency and develop service sales strategy. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Secure Preventative Maintenance contract renewals
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing Loma customers
  • Manage and develop account relationships to drive new preventive maintenance contract sales
  • Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and/or other service offerings
  • Prepare and process quotations
  • Proactively contact existing and potential customers to sell/extend their service agreement
  • Proactively generate, qualify, and pursue existing and new client leads to generate service revenue
  • Use CRM tools to track all required KPIs (activities and opportunities)
  • Manage the pipeline and provide activities report and sales forecast for management on monthly basis
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to address customer concerns effectively and pass on relevant leads
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards customer relationships with emphasis on responsiveness and ownership of the customers’ requests
  • Provide high-level customer support through diligent follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure customers’ lifetime commitment to our products
  • Demonstrate technical competence in service products and applications, ensuring proper sales application to meet customer needs for after-market products
  • Engage in department-wide projects including improvements to efficiency and development of service sales strategy
  • Carry out tasks assigned by their supervisor that are essentially related to their duties
