About The Position

Secure Preventative Maintenance contract renewals as well as identify upsell opportunities while maintaining and building relationships with existing Loma customers. Manage and develop account relationships to drive new preventive maintenance contract sales; as well as identifying opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and/or other service offerings. Prepare and process quotations while proactively contacting existing and potential customers to sell/extend their service agreement. Proactively generate, qualify, and pursue existing and new client leads to generate service revenue. Use CRM tools to track all required KPIs (activities and opportunities) as well as manage the pipeline and provide activities report and sales forecast for management on monthly basis. Collaborate with various internal departments to address customer concerns effectively and pass on relevant leads. Maintain a positive attitude towards customer relationships with emphasis on responsiveness and ownership of the customers’ requests. Provides high-level customer support through diligent follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure customers’ lifetime commitment to our products. Demonstrate technical competence in service products and applications, ensuring proper sales application to meet customer needs for after-market products. Engage in department-wide projects including improvements to efficiency and development of service sales strategy. In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their supervisor that are essentially related to their duties.

Requirements

  • Technical competence in service products and applications
  • Ability to demonstrate proper sales application to meet customer needs for after-market products
  • Experience using CRM tools to track KPIs, manage pipeline, and provide reports/forecasts
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Responsiveness and ownership of customer requests
