The Aftermarket Specialist will secure Preventative Maintenance contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and build relationships with existing Loma customers. This role involves managing and developing account relationships to drive new preventive maintenance contract sales, as well as identifying opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and other service offerings. The specialist will prepare and process quotations, proactively contact existing and potential customers to sell/extend service agreements, and generate, qualify, and pursue leads to generate service revenue. The position requires using CRM tools to track KPIs, manage the pipeline, and provide reports and sales forecasts. Collaboration with internal departments to address customer concerns and pass on leads is essential. The role emphasizes maintaining a positive attitude, responsiveness, and ownership of customer requests, providing high-level customer support to maximize satisfaction and ensure lifetime commitment. Technical competence in service products and applications is necessary to meet customer needs for after-market products. The specialist will also engage in department-wide projects to improve efficiency and develop service sales strategy. In addition to the listed duties, the position holder must carry out assigned tasks by their supervisor that are essentially related to their duties.
