Blake Thermal Sales & Service Inc., a full-service thermal solutions firm and manufacturer's representative, is seeking an Aftermarket Sales representative for our East Windsor, CT region. We are looking for a multi-talented individual to sell our parts and service, as well as maintain relationships with our customers for all the solutions we offer. This role is responsible for providing aftermarket support and sales through existing accounts and new accounts. Key tasks include business development, customer relationship management, and brand awareness. You will focus on large end users in the industrial, institutional, and municipal markets who have central plant water and thermal systems. Organizations include but are not limited to: universities, colleges, hospitals, correctional facilities, food processing, semiconductor, chemical, paper mills and more. You will spend most of your time in the field, visiting customers 3-5 times per day. You must be a self-starter, as this is mostly a self-directed job, requiring you to organize your own route each day, packing in as many targets as you can. You will supplement your knowledge by diving into the manufacturer's Learning Management System (LMS) to gain certification along the way.
