About The Position

Aftermarket Sales Executive Mission As an Aftermarket Sales Executive you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives with our existing client base. Your role will key to the Sales Team, as the technical expert on equipment found in a modular data center, such as Power Components, Lithium-Ion Batteries, Rack Systems and more. Job Description Objective: The Aftermarket Sales Executive will drive by helping customers assess their existing operations and improve them. This role requires a highly meticulous and customer-focused individual who excels in a fast-paced, high-energy business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales. Experiencing selling to current clients with existing equipment is a requirement.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce or Similar) and Microsoft Office.
  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related.
  • Experience as a Professional Salesperson in a highly technical role, or an Applications Engineer with a strong acumen and ability to craft solutions for customers.
  • Ability to manage and grow a pipeline of business with multiple customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • A proven history of teamwork with internal departments and operations personnel to collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your experience in Electrical Equipment or Electrical Systems to implement effective sales tactics that resonate with customers in these sectors.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers by providing solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Travel to customer sites and review potential opportunities and issues together with clients. Leverage your experience to help client's cross functional teams determine the value of new service and upgrade projects.
  • Utilize your knowledge of key equipment found in a data center, such as power systems, rack systems, cable management, etc. Discuss new projects with customers and offer insightful, solution-oriented sales presentations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including RDI Sales, Applications, Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure product offerings are aligned with the specific demands of the data center and modular building markets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and other relevant information.
