About The Position

TechniBlend is looking for an Aftermarket Parts Manager. This person is responsible for managing the end-to-end parts sales process, including customer quotes, order execution, and proactive aftermarket growth initiatives. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing equipment uptime for customers. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, operational accuracy, and the ability to leverage Salesforce and other tools to manage workflows, monitor service levels, and identify growth opportunities through upselling and proactive outreach.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or 5+ years of experience in aftermarket, inside sales, customer support, or parts operations.
  • Experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or beverage processing preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems and order management processes
  • Strong commercial aptitude with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration across sales, service, engineering, and operations teams

  • Experience with install base management and lifecycle selling
  • Knowledge of spare parts logistics, inventory strategy, and lead time management
  • Experience utilizing dashboards and reporting tools within Salesforce or other BI tools

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full process of parts quotations and customer orders from quote-to-cash.
  • Support service and engineering team members with parts shipments for onsite installations and service jobs.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and service teams to validate part availability, lead times, and technical accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain a critical spare parts database for all equipment and devices sold with TechniBlend equipment.
  • Process Return Material Authorizations for stock returns and reported quality defects.
  • Coordinate special or crucial orders to ensure these orders are expedited and handled correctly for shipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and lifetime value.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling parts, kits, and upgrades.
  • Support service in identifying parts opportunities tied to field service activities.
  • Liaise with the AR Department to help resolve past due invoices as efficiently and expeditiously as possible.
  • Identify proactive outreach campaigns (i.e. obsolete parts, maintenance parts, recommended spares).
  • Analyze install database and transaction history to identify opportunities.
  • Partner with sales and service teams to execute growth initiatives tied to key accounts.
  • Support the development and execution of aftermarket parts pricing strategy.
  • Maintain pricing accuracy within systems and ensure alignment with margin targets.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, competitive activity, and customer price sensitivity.
  • Manage Salesforce queues for parts inquiries, quotes, and orders to ensure service level adherence.
  • Monitor dashboards and KPIs related to response time, quote follow-ups, and proactive revenue growth.
  • Develop reports on inventory stock, lead time and concerns to improve turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline systems and reduce manual effort.
