International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking Aftercare Interns & Fellows to support national staff with programming for a variety of casework types, including Human Trafficking, Bonded Labor, Child Sexual Assault, and Intimate Partner Violence, with the goal of restoration and rehabilitation for clients. These opportunities vary by session and office location. Depending on experience, roles may involve developing aftercare strategies, managing casework information, maintaining statistics, assisting in system development, conducting research on intervention impacts, building partnerships with aftercare providers, drafting best practices for rehabilitation and reintegration, traveling to meet clients and area leaders (client interaction may not be permitted in all offices), completing professional writing assignments like grant proposals and reports, and providing logistical or administrative assistance to Aftercare staff. Positions are available in various global offices, with a program duration of 12 months from June 2027 to May 2028.
