The Aftercare Crisis Worker provides 24/7 "eyes-on" client supervision during crises and team meetings, ensuring compliance with the daily schedule and maintaining program structure. This role involves developing rapport with youth, providing support in school as needed, and adhering to the Missouri Approach, the therapeutic model utilized in the C2H program. The worker will develop and model effective relationships and behaviors with youth, co-workers, and the treatment team. Responsibilities also include 24/7 on-call availability, responding to crises in residence or community, conducting searches, performing curfew checks, supervising home visits, confronting negative behaviors, and documenting all contact in Connections. The position requires working a staggered schedule in C2H cottages and performing other assigned duties.
