We are looking for 2 energetic instructors to teach fun, hands-on after-school engineering and art classes for elementary-age students. No lesson planning is required as all curriculum and materials are provided. This position is ideal for supplementing another job or school schedule, with most instructors teaching 3-4 classes per week. It's a great opportunity for teachers, college students, retirees, and anyone seeking rewarding part-time work. You must be 18 years or older to teach. We provide all lesson plans, supplies, and support. Class sizes are small (up to 20 students), and students actively choose to participate. Our Eager Engineer students build projects using LEGO®, K'NEX®, Citiblocs, and other creative building materials. Our art students create projects like Watercolors, Collages, and Clay using Prismacolor Markers, Faber-Castell, and Sculpey Clay. You will not be responsible for grading papers or writing lesson plans, and you will not work evenings, weekends, or holidays. This role offers valuable experience, with over 20 instructors having accepted full-time teaching positions after working with us. It's beneficial for those pursuing careers in education, engineering, art, child development, youth programming, and related fields.
