About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, dependable After-School Sports Coach who enjoys working with children and creating a fun, positive environment. This part-time role involves leading sports and enrichment classes for children. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with afternoon availability between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Exact hours and assigned days will vary based on the class schedule. This position offers paid training and a ready-to-use curriculum. It's an excellent opportunity for college students, teachers, paraprofessionals, coaches, or anyone seeking consistent part-time weekday work that positively impacts children.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children
• Available during weekday afternoons
• Dependable, punctual, energetic, and professional
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable leading active groups of children
• Willing to complete a background check
• Pass all required background checks from us or any additional ones that may be requested from the school itself

Nice To Haves

• Coaching, teaching, childcare, or youth sports experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Follow the provided curriculum and class structure
• Encourage teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship
