Requirements

Prior experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth in a sports or fitness setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents
Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for youth development
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Background check required

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and lead engaging youth sports sessions and fitness activities
Teach fundamental athletic skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork to youth participants
Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training
Provide positive reinforcement and individualized coaching to help athletes grow
Communicate progress and updates with parents and guardians as needed
Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions
Maintain a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment for all skill levels
