After School Site Coordinator - Marblehead YMCA
About The Position

As a Site Coordinator in our After School Program, you’ll lead a team that creates a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for elementary-aged children. You’ll guide daily program operations, coach and support staff, and build strong relationships with families and school partners. This year-round position continues into the summer, where you’ll step into a leadership role in our Y Day Camp program!
Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must meet the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) qualifications for a Site Coordinator.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience leading youth programs, activities, or groups.
- Demonstrated ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for children and families.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must provide and maintain all documentation and certifications required by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).
- Must successfully complete all required trainings, certifications, and program orientation in accordance with EEC regulations and YMCA of the North Shore standards.
- Ability to uphold YMCA policies, procedures, and core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
