About The Position

Join Kamaʻāina Kids as an After School Program Aide and spend your afternoons encouraging, supporting, and having fun with elementary school students. Requirements

• Currently a high school junior or senior
• Enjoy working with children
• Dependable, responsible, and positive
• Can work weekday afternoons
• Want to develop leadership skills and gain real-world experience
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate)

Responsibilities

• Assisting with games, activities, and crafts
• Helping younger students stay engaged and included
• Encouraging positive behavior and teamwork
• Supporting homework and learning activities
• Being a positive role model for elementary-aged children
• Helping create a safe and welcoming environment
