About The Position

A busy, active family of five in Minneapolis is seeking an adaptable, energetic, and trustworthy nanny to care for their three children (ages 12, 9, and 8) after school. The ideal candidate will be creative, fun, and actively involved with the children, building strong relationships while setting clear expectations. Experience with multiple children of similar ages, a good sense of humor, and resilience are preferred. The nanny will become a positive and dependable part of the family's daily life, enjoying adventures and building meaningful relationships with the kids.

Requirements

2+ years of experience working with multiple children around the same ages.
Adaptable, energetic, and trustworthy.
Takes initiative and thrives in a busy household.
Creative and fun.
Enjoys being actively involved with children.
Ability to build strong relationships with children.
Ability to set clear expectations and encourage positive choices.
Good sense of humor.
Resilience.
Ability to balance being a fun role model and a responsible adult.
Driving is required.
Must follow CDC guidelines and best hygiene practices due to COVID-19.

Responsibilities

Light household support, including tidying common areas, keeping the home organized, and preparing dinner.
Pick up children from school (bus pick-up may vary).
Assist with snacks and homework.
Help children get ready for after-school activities or sports.
Engage children in outdoor play or other fun activities.
Encourage children to complete their responsibilities before relaxing.
Drive children using a provided family vehicle for transportation.
