About The Position

We are looking for energetic instructors to teach fun, hands-on after-school engineering classes for elementary students. No lesson planning is required as all curriculum and materials are provided. This position is ideal for individuals who love building with LEGO® bricks and enjoy working with children. Instructors will teach one-hour classes, with most teaching 2-3 classes per week, making it a great opportunity to supplement another job or school schedule. The role is suitable for teachers, college students, retirees, and anyone seeking rewarding part-time work. Class sizes are small (up to 20 students), and students actively choose to participate. Instructors will use LEGO®, K'NEX®, Citiblocs, and other creative building materials to guide students through building projects like roller coasters, bridges, vehicles, robots, and engineering challenges. This role offers valuable experience, with many instructors having moved on to full-time teaching positions after working with the company.
