After School Inclusion Aide
About The Position
Bring your Aloha spirit and heart for service to Kama‘aina Kids, Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned and operated nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of children and families. As a 1:1 Inclusion Aide Aide, you’ll build meaningful connections by supporting a keiki one-on-one to help them feel included, confident, and fully engaged in our after-school program. This role offers a perfect part-time schedule, weekday afternoons, ideal for college students or anyone seeking rewarding, flexible work. Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- A genuine love for working with keiki.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as an RBT, SPED aide, or paraprofessional is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support that helps a child engage, grow, and thrive alongside peers.
- Build trust and encourage independence in a safe, joyful environment.
