About The Position

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment. As an AlphaBEST Group Leader you'll help shape meaningful after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. We're looking for an early learning professional who: Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with two years experience working with children- early childcare, preschool and elementary education
• A high school diploma with 15 college credits in early childhood education, child development and elementary or special education with 1 year experience
• A high school diploma with 30 college credits in education of early childhood, special or elementary education or human service field no experience required

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
