About The Position

HOKALI is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated After School Enrichment Educator to supervise and engage students during after-school enrichment programming in Natomas USD. The role is intended for instructors with KPOP or Speech and Debate teaching experience and focuses on creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences for students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade.

The schedule has already started and runs through December 18, 2026: Mondays 3–4 PM, Tuesdays 3–4 PM, Wednesdays 2–3 PM (with flexibility to change the time if needed), Thursdays 3:30–4:30 PM, and Fridays 4–5 PM. Pay is $50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities.
• Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork.
• Manage student behavior effectively using positive reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records.
• Prepare and organize activity materials, and keep spaces clean and safe.
