About The Position

HOKALI is hiring an After School Enrichment Educator to supervise and engage students in after-school enrichment programming at Natomas USD. The role is intended for instructors with KPOP or Speech and Debate teaching experience and involves working with students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade. The program schedule is Monday 3–4 PM, Tuesday 3–4 PM, Wednesday 2–3 PM (with flexibility to change the time if needed), Thursday 3:30–4:30 PM, and Friday 4–5 PM. The program has already started and ends December 18, 2026. Pay is $50 per hour.

HOKALI simplifies how schools book, organize, and manage after-school programs and camps. The educator will help create safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences for students.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• KPOP or Speech and Debate teaching experience is sought.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities.
• Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork.
• Manage student behavior effectively using positive reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records.
• Prepare and organize activity materials, and keep spaces clean and safe.
