About The Position

Inspire young artists to create, express, and imagine! Eager Enrichment is seeking creative and enthusiastic After-School Art Instructors to lead engaging, hands-on art classes for elementary school students. If you enjoy working with children and have a passion for art, drawing, painting, mixed media, or clay, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while sharing your creativity. We are hiring for the following locations: Avon Lake, Amherst, Lakewood, Olmsted Falls, and North Royalton. Applicants may indicate one or multiple locations of interest.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in educational, recreational, childcare, camp, volunteer, or similar settings.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and comfortable leading groups of up to 18 students.
• Available on weekday afternoons during the school year.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for communication and scheduling.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

• Passion for art, drawing, painting, mixed media, or clay.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging art classes for students in Grades K-4 using lesson plans and materials provided by Eager Enrichment.
• Projects include drawing, watercolor, collage, mixed media, and clay.
• Foster creativity, self-expression, and confidence while maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment.
• Classroom setup and cleanup.
• Attendance tracking.
• Communication with staff using mobile applications.
