The After-Hours Manager is responsible for the overall management and support of youth and/or adult resource homes, ensuring a trauma-informed and person-centred approach with both persons served and employees. As a key member of the leadership team, the After-Hours Manager oversees day-to-day operations of assigned resource homes and services, maintains communication with natural and paid stakeholders, and ensures compliance with CARF standards, funder requirements, licensing regulations, and organizational policies and procedures. This position may include transporting persons served; therefore, a valid Class 5 British Columbia driver's license is required. The role is based in Kamloops and requires regular availability to travel to the Okanagan region as operational needs arise. As a Service Delivery position, all work must be performed on-site.
