About The Position

Requirements

Property management experience
Solid understanding of Fair Housing standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using technology and computer systems
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Assist applicants through the leasing and housing application process.
Answer questions and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
Help residents understand and meet affordable housing eligibility requirements.
Complete annual recertifications.
Oversee maintenance-related activities.
Coordinate work order completion.
Help ensure homes and common areas remain safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Strengthen the community and support residents in maintaining stability.
