About The Position

Red Oak Management Co. is looking for a full-time Affordable Housing Property Manager to lead with integrity, support residents, and ensure operational excellence within a structured Monday–Friday schedule. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. In this role, you'll help future residents navigate the application process and manage a dynamic waiting list with precision. You'll ensure current residents remain qualified through annual recertifications, all while keeping compliance at the forefront. Each day, you'll collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize work orders, coordinate unit turns, and ensure a smooth living experience. Since opening our doors in 1984 in Cedar Springs, Michigan, Red Oak Management has grown from a small, mission-driven team into a recognized leader in affordable housing. Requirements

• Understanding of fair housing laws and regulations
• Prior affordable housing experience
• Understanding of housing compliance laws
• Must have the ability to pass a background check
