About The Position

The administrator will serve as the first point of contact for residents and applicants, manage inquiries, collect rent, distribute applications, document work orders, and coordinate requests. Additionally, they will handle essential office functions such as scanning, filing, and copying to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Previous office experience in a busy environment
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent Spanish and English

Responsibilities

  • Document work orders.

  • Handle scanning, filing, and copying.
  • Perform other administrative responsibilities to ensure office operations run smoothly.
