About The Position

Simply Wall St is seeking an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to drive growth through its affiliate channel. This role involves finding, signing, and nurturing high-potential partners, including affiliates, comparison and review publishers, influencers, and content creators. The goal is to turn these partners into consistent, high-performing sources of subscribers. This is a fully-remote, independent contractor role based in India, Thailand, Malaysia, or the Philippines. The company is a profitable, global B2C SaaS startup with 6.5 million users across 180 countries, known for its product that empowers individual investors.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales, ideally within B2C subscription or Fintech.
  • An experienced stock investor. You understand fundamental analysis, portfolio management, and how long-term investors think, so you can talk credibly to investing-focused partners.
  • Familiar with affiliate platforms (Impact or similar) and comfortable adopting AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, able to strike the right tone on calls and in outreach.
  • A natural relationship-builder who enjoys talking to people and turning a cold contact into an active, engaged partner.
  • Confident and persuasive on calls and demos, comfortable selling the value of the product and influencing prospects to come on board.
  • A closer who likes getting deals over the line and holding a commercial conversation.
  • Exceptionally organised, able to run a busy inbox, juggle many partner conversations at once, and stay on top of every follow-up.
  • Analytical enough to read partner performance data and adjust your focus based on what it tells you.
  • A hustle mentality. Proactive, self-directed, and motivated by results rather than activity.
  • Not interested in vanity metrics. Driven by subscriber growth and improving CAC efficiency.
  • Excited to use AI to remove grunt work and scale your output.
  • Comfortable working remotely as part of a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new high-potential partners (affiliates, comparison and review publishers, influencers, and content creators) that fit our ideal partner profile.
  • Nurture and grow existing partners to drive engagement, activity, and ultimately subscribers, through regular contact, updates, and support.
  • Get on calls with prospects to demo the product, sell its value, and influence them to sign on as partners.
  • Own outreach end to end: manage a high-volume inbox, keep conversations moving, and stay on top of follow-ups until partners are signed and active.
  • Use affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact) to onboard partners, track performance, and manage payouts.
  • Use AI prospecting and monitoring tools to find, qualify, and prioritise partners at scale, and to surface new opportunities faster than manual research allows.
  • Monitor partner performance against subscriber and CAC targets, doubling down on what works and cutting what doesn't.
  • Keep the partner pipeline organised and visible, with clean records and clear status reporting.
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to align affiliate activity with broader campaigns, creative, and lifecycle.
