About The Position

AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor. The company is experiencing rapid growth, moving from $10M/yr to $350M ARR in 12 months, and serving over 150k patients monthly via its UK brand, Bolt Pharmacy. AIOS aims to achieve $1B ARR by the end of 2026, $10B ARR by 2028 by expanding across Europe, and $100B/yr by 2031 by obtaining regulatory approval for its Full Autonomous Prescribing (FAP) system. The long-term vision is to become the world's first trillion-dollar healthcare company by 2035, enabling global patient treatment with AI. AIOS is a young, founder-led company in its early stages, emphasizing a strong mission and cultural standards.

Requirements

3+ years growing affiliate, publisher, partnership, creator, and performance-based acquisition channels
Experience managing programs through platforms such as Everflow, TradeTracker, etc.
Metric-minded: thinking in terms of attribution, revenue, CAC, contribution margin, activation, conversion, retention, refunds, and payback periods
Ability to source, pitch, negotiate with, and close high-quality affiliates
Ability to quickly identify affiliates with real potential and cut the rest
Ability to run day-to-day workstreams without things falling through the cracks
Ability to easily diagnose affiliate performance using data and translate insights into action plans
Ability to build repeatable workflows, reporting, documentation, and automations for scalability
Expertise in balancing rapid growth with accuracy, understanding compliance in regulated categories
Understanding of direct-response creative, landing pages, conversion funnels, attribution, and how affiliate acquisition interacts with paid social and search

Nice To Haves

Experience in regulated consumer industries like healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telemedicine, pharmacy, or financial services
Existing relationships with high-quality global publishers, comparison sites, content businesses, newsletters, or other affiliates
Understanding of how affiliates use search-led content, reviews, rankings, comparison pages, and editorial placements
Experience managing affiliate activity across multiple countries, languages, currencies, and/or regulatory environments
Experience operating affiliate programs across several brands or products
Experience building in a startup or scale-up environment where systems were evolving and priorities moved quickly
Use of AI tools to accelerate partner research, outreach, content reviews, analysis, reporting, and program administration

Responsibilities

Grow affiliate-attributed revenue
Ensure attribution is tidy
Increase the output of strong existing partners, and cut underperformers
Build offers, promotions, and incentives that affiliates can win with while maintaining profitability
Make the program operationally reliable, measurable, and easy to scale
Protect brands by maintaining a high bar for content compliance, claims, and attribution
Own affiliate-attributed revenue, identifying growth opportunities, setting plans, and delivering results with clean attribution
Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality affiliates across various channels
Build a clear view of affiliate performance across key metrics
Rapidly onboard new affiliates from signing to live, providing necessary resources
Manage the affiliate roster based on output
Ensure partners receive accurate information and are satisfied with offers
Own day-to-day communication with affiliates
Review affiliate content where required and coordinate corrections
Maintain accurate partner information, tracking links, commission structures, workflows, and documentation
