About The Position

We’re Search Atlas, a $30M+ ARR company with a passionate team of 215 people building the world’s first agentic marketing platform. We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate & Influencer Manager with a deep background in the SEO and AI marketing landscape. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and protecting our partner ecosystem, turning high-fit creators and B2B influencers into a primary revenue engine. In this role, you aren’t just managing a list of names; you are building a strategic pipeline. You will identify and recruit the "who’s who" of the SEO and AI world—from top-tier LinkedIn voices and podcast hosts to niche agencies and SaaS review sites. You’ll be the architect of our incentive structures, the guardian of our brand bidding policies, and the primary driver of partner-sourced ARR.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience specifically within the SEO or AI marketing field.
  • Proficiency with FirstPromoter (or similar affiliate platforms), HubSpot, and Stripe.
  • Strong ability to navigate GA4 to track attribution and partner performance.
  • Comfortable using AI/LLM tooling to automate outreach, analyze data, or streamline content collaboration.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to work seamlessly across Slack and other async environments.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the US without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard high-fit SaaS affiliates and B2B influencers (creators, agencies, and niche review sites) specifically within the SEO and AI sectors.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships through custom deal structures, tiered payouts, and exclusive incentive programs.
  • Analyze and refine partner campaigns to maximize revenue and improve the partner-driven conversion rate.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of tracking, attribution, and payouts.
  • Proactively detect and shut down fraud, coupon abuse, and unauthorized brand bidding.
  • Maintain a clear view of the partner pipeline and provide detailed reports on revenue contribution to leadership.
