About Wild: Wild is on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom with refillable, natural, and scent-sational deodorants, body wash, haircare, and lip balm. Since launching in 2020, Wild has become one of Europe’s fastest-growing start-ups and is now scaling aggressively in the US. Affiliate influencer marketing will be a key growth lever in this next phase of expansion, particularly in building an efficient, performance-led creator ecosystem ahead of retail growth. The Role: This is a mid-weight role requiring significant ownership across execution and performance delivery. The Senior Affiliate Influencer Executive will support the growth of the US affiliate influencer program, working closely with the Global Affiliate Manager to build and scale a high-performing US affiliate ecosystem across AWIN and TikTok Shop. The goal is to turn creators into consistent, revenue-driving partners, playing a key role in affiliate growth, performance, and efficiency in the US market.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in affiliate influencer marketing or growth marketing, ideally within a brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, CAC, CTR, AOV, and ROAS.
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated to exceed performance targets.
  • Genuine interest in the influencer and creator space, with an understanding of platform trends.
  • An underlying passion for sustainability and Wild’s mission.
  • Resilience: results-driven, data-led, and confident in sharing perspectives.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and scale the US affiliate influencer strategy across AWIN and TikTok Shop.
  • Recruit and activate high-performing, sales-driven creators at scale.
  • Support the design of commission structures and incentives that drive growth while protecting CAC.
  • Run structured comms, briefs, and performance challenges to keep creators engaged and selling.
  • Identify high-performing content and collaborate with Paid and Social teams to scale winning assets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop, including creator onboarding and commission implementation.
  • Support affiliate and influencer amplification for key US product launches and trading moments.
  • Align affiliate activity with wider growth priorities and campaign calendars.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver conversion-led, revenue-driving campaigns.
  • Manage sampling, rewards, and creator operations with a strong focus on performance.
  • Support weekly performance reporting and channel insights.
  • Optimize activity for CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS, and incremental revenue.
  • Test, iterate, and scale what works.
  • Manage budgets responsibly with a commercial mindset.
  • Contribute to revenue growth and channel efficiency targets.
