As an Affiliate EAP Counsellor, you will be a crucial clinical partner within Lyra's network, delivering high-quality mental health support to corporate employees through various modalities. You will operate within a structured framework emphasizing clinical integrity, timely documentation, and excellence in short-term, solution-focused therapy to provide a premium care experience.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
  • A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of your Master’s degree.
  • Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred.
  • Profound understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models.
  • Proven, demonstrable expertise in EAP Services & Workplace Wellness, Stress Management & Occupational Burnout, Relationship & Interpersonal Issues, Grief and Bereavement Counselling, Family/Play Therapy (or specialized creative interventions).
  • Exceptional clinical skills with a deep commitment to evidence-based practices and clinical integrity.
  • Highly organized with the professional discipline needed to meet strict administrative and documentation deadlines.
  • Adaptive verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish quick, strong therapeutic alliances across multiple modalities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining strict confidentiality, record-keeping, and adhering to compliance procedures.
  • A strong network partner who aligns with internal operations and clinical oversight teams to achieve the highest care outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality counselling via Face-to-Face (in-person), Virtual (on-camera), and Telephonic modalities.
  • Apply evidence-based practices tailored to workplace wellness and employee care timelines.
  • Commit to Lyra’s strict 24-hour documentation compliance policy for all case notes.
  • Maintain rigorous clinical notes that meet global quality standards and audit protocols.
  • Ensure all client interactions are formally verified via Lyra’s official notice system before initiating treatment.
  • Actively identify high-risk cases, crises, or clinical "red flags," and strictly follow Lyra’s established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for emergency handling.
  • Adhere to Lyra's direct-transaction policy, with all fees handled centrally.
  • Maintain transparency and respect professional boundaries by adhering to a strict non-solicitation policy.
