About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to join a growing performance marketing company specialising in affiliate solutions for online businesses. The role will focus on acquiring new publishers, developing existing partnerships and driving traffic, conversions and revenue through a performance-driven affiliate network.

Requirements

• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within an affiliate network.
• Strong existing network of publishers and proven experience acquiring new partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of campaign performance metrics.
• Commercially driven, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to identify and close opportunities quickly.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English is required; Ukrainian and/or Russian would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Nice To Haves

• Technical understanding of ad operations, campaign tracking and affiliate marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard new publishers, building long-term commercial relationships.
• Manage and optimise existing publisher partnerships to maximise performance and revenue.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calls, emails, meetings and industry events.
• Work closely with advertisers and internal sales teams to understand acquisition needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and implement initiatives to improve results.
• Forecast revenue and ensure KPIs, traffic and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, market developments and industry best practices.
