About The Position

Apex Skin is a rapidly growing, physician-led dermatology and aesthetics practice committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences and high-quality aesthetic services. The Aesthetics Sales & Service Coordinator plays a critical role in driving the success of our aesthetics clinic by overseeing daily operations while actively supporting revenue growth and client engagement. This role combines operational leadership with a strong sales and service focus. The ideal candidate brings a results-driven mindset, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering an elevated client experience. This position partners closely with clinical, administrative, and marketing teams to ensure smooth clinic operations, team alignment, and sustained business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing an aesthetics clinic, spa, or similar environment.
  • Strong background in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification or training in aesthetic treatments or related fields preferred
  • Marketing or business development experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established protocols.
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of clinicians, aestheticians, and administrative staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, updates, and best practices.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, promotions, and community engagement.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience by maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Gather client feedback to improve services and offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services, products, and special offers.
  • Leverage social media and other platforms to enhance clinic visibility and attract new clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
