About The Position

Join a fast-growing medical and wellness organization offering weight management, GLP-1 therapies, hormone optimization, nutrition coaching, wellness products, peptides and aesthetic services. We operate in a cash-pay, consultative sales environment—and we’re looking for a leader who loves building a business, coaching a team, and driving results. We’re hiring a Clinic Director to lead our center. This is a sales-focused leadership role with full ownership of the center’s performance—revenue, client experience, team execution, outreach, and accountability. This role is ideal for someone who has led a team in a quota-driven, customer-facing environment (med spa, fitness, medical retail, aesthetics, wellness, high-ticket services, membership-based sales, etc.) and thrives on hitting goals.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in a sales-driven environment with measurable results (quota/targets)
  • Leadership experience coaching a team and driving accountability
  • Strong consultative sales skills—comfortable discussing value, pricing, and closing
  • Confidence using basic tech tools (scheduling, CRM/sales tracking, email/text)
  • Comfortable working some early evenings and Saturday mornings as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in wellness, med spa, fitness, aesthetics, medical retail, or other high-touch service sales
  • Proven record of increasing revenue, improving conversion, or growing a location/book of business

Responsibilities

  • Own center revenue performance and drive growth across medical services and aesthetics
  • Own CRM and client relationships
  • Lead front-end consultative sales (solution-based, client-centered)
  • Coach the team to hit monthly targets across: GLP-1 medical weight loss programs Hormone therapy (HRT) IV therapy / injections and wellness services Supplements and ancillary wellness products
  • Track and improve conversion metrics: lead → consult → enrollment → retention
  • Hire, train, coach, and hold staff accountable to KPIs and outreach expectations
  • Lead daily huddles, goal-setting, performance check-ins, and ongoing skill development
  • Create a high-energy culture built on service, urgency, and results
  • Proactively build referral networks (businesses, gyms, providers, corporate partners)
  • Represent us at community events and create center-level outreach plans
  • Drive reviews, referrals, and local visibility through client experience + storytelling
  • Ensure daily operational excellence (scheduling, day-building, inventory, compliance)
  • Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and accuracy in a fast-paced setting that demands attention to detail
