About The Position

The Aesthetic RN is responsible for providing high-quality aesthetic nursing services to clients in a safe, professional, and client-centered environment. This position maintains an independent patient schedule and conducts consultations, assessments, treatments, follow-up care, and client education related to aesthetic services. The Aesthetic RN collaborates with the medical director and clinic leadership to ensure excellence in patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and service growth. The Aesthetic RN performs aesthetic procedures within the scope of an RN license and according to organizational policies, physician oversight requirements, and evidence-based best practices. This position is expected to build strong client relationships, promote treatment plans that support client goals, and remain current on aesthetic techniques, products, technologies, and certifications.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Licensed to practice professional nursing (RN) in the state of Nebraska
  • Current BLS certification
  • Knowledge of infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical documentation standards
  • Ability and willingness to maintain competency in aesthetic procedures through continuing education and manufacturer-sponsored training

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience
  • Previous experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic nursing, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related field
  • Completion of aesthetic training programs relevant to services provided
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Experience with electronic medical records
