The role includes administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers, performing consultations, supporting individualized treatment planning, educating patients on aesthetic options, and contributing to practice growth through strong communication and relationship development. Requirements
- 2+ years of aesthetics injectable experience as a Registered Nurse, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and laser modalities.
- Proven ability to promote aesthetic services, skincare products, and treatment packages while maintaining a consultative, patient-centered approach.
- Strong facial assessment, consultation, and treatment-planning skills with a focus on natural, balanced outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term patient relationships and support practice expansion.
- Active RN license and all required state certifications.
