This position focuses on performing aesthetic injectable treatments, conducting consultations, assisting in developing customized treatment plans, educating patients, and supporting practice growth through relationship-building and treatment recommendations. Requirements
- 2+ years of aesthetics injectable experience as a Registered Nurse
- Proficiency in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers
- Demonstrated ability to upsell aesthetic services, skincare products, and treatment packages while maintaining a consultative, patient-focused approach
- Strong consultation, facial assessment, and treatment-planning skills with a commitment to delivering natural-looking results
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient retention skills with the ability to build long-term relationships and contribute to practice growth
- Active RN license and any required state certifications
Nice To Haves
- Candidates with an existing patient following and established referral network are highly preferred
