About The Position

Hiaah is seeking a skilled and client-focused RN Injector to support aesthetic treatment operations within a growing medical spa and esthetics practice. This role is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality injectable treatments while supporting exceptional patient experiences, treatment outcomes, and overall practice growth. Accurate assessments, skilled injection techniques, and exceptional client care directly impact patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, retention, and overall practice success.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience with Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, or other aesthetic injectables preferred
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• 2-5 Years Experience

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Conduct detailed client consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and treatment expectations
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
• Identify potential contraindications and ensure patient safety standards
• Support patient retention through exceptional care and communication
• Coordinate with the esthetics team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and compliance with sanitation protocols
