About The Position

Alchemy Face Bar is dedicated to elevating well-being through personalized skincare, medical aesthetics, injectables, and rejuvenating facial treatments. The company emphasizes education, individualized treatment plans, a welcoming client experience, genuine connections, and ongoing team learning and collaboration. As an Aesthetician, you will provide customized skincare treatments, educate clients on achieving their skincare goals, and deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through checkout. You will use technical expertise and thoughtful recommendations to help clients feel confident in their skin. Injectable services are not required. The role includes scheduled shifts on specified days of the week, with flexibility as business needs evolve toward seven-day operations. Requirements

Current Colorado Esthetician or Colorado Cosmetology License.
Colorado Advanced Peel Certification and Colorado Manual Exfoliation Certification.
Ability to work the schedule outlined in the posting.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8–10 hours per shift.
Ability to walk frequently between floors throughout the day; the treatment room is on the second level of the spa.
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
Ability to lift and carry 10–15 pounds regularly and occasionally handle heavier items with assistance.

Responsibilities

Perform skincare services according to Alchemy Face Bar protocols and standards; injectable services are not required.
Create personalized treatment plans based on each client's skin goals.
Educate clients on home care, treatment plans, and product recommendations.
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up recommendations.
Maintain accurate client documentation, including treatment notes, allergies, medications, and preferences.
Follow sanitation, infection control, and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space.
Assist with opening and closing responsibilities, stocking treatment rooms, laundry, and daily spa operations.
Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and hands-on training.
Support community events, pop-ups, and promotional initiatives as needed.
Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience.
