Requirements

Current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology license
Ability to work a full-time schedule
Current availability for Thursday through Sunday
Flexibility as business needs evolve while we grow into seven-day operations
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Responsibilities

Perform skincare services according to Alchemy Face Bar protocols and standards (injectable services not required)
Create personalized treatment plans based on each client's skin goals
Educate clients on home care, treatment plans, and product recommendations
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up recommendations
Maintain accurate client documentation, including treatment notes, allergies, medications, and preferences
Follow all sanitation, infection control, and safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space
Assist with opening and closing responsibilities, stocking treatment rooms, laundry, and daily spa operations
Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and hands-on training
Support community events, pop-ups, and promotional initiatives as needed
Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience
Support front desk operations, guest communication, scheduling, and retail education during Client Experience shifts
