About The Position

As part of the clinic team, the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients with excellent services using advanced medical-grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey. While other companies also specialize in injectables, hair removal, and tattoo removal, we specialize in one thing - facials. This role involves helping develop effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high energy. RNs should be ready to join a hard-working & high-volume medical-grade skin care clinic.

Requirements

Associate degree required education.
Registered Nurse (RN) with a Current State Nursing License.
Basic Life Support Certification is required through an accredited association.
Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
Exceptional communication skills and capability of problem-solving.
Outgoing personality yet calming presence, making clients comfortable.
Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met.
Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented.
Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.
Must be available to work weekends, with 2 weekdays (Mon-Fri) available.
Must be available to work a Monday or a Friday, as well as one additional weekday.
Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours.
Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week but have the ability to flex to 2 and occasional a 3rd shift as needed.
Must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.
Ability to commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.

Nice To Haves

1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
Monday and Friday are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and perspective clients’ personal skincare needs and are safe and effective for all skin types.
Discuss the importance of the skin care protocols created by the medical team.
Celebrate the success of the results our clients seeing.
Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business.
Assists with training (precepting), coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations.
Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits.
Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes.
Partner with clinic team to provide people-oriented, enjoyable & comfortable workplace of belonging.
Respect and support all team members individuality & provide an inclusive environment.
Understand opportunities and support the team to meet personal & clinic goals.
Maintains organizational relationships.
